Friday Frenzy at Pinnacle Gymnastics

Enjoy a morning free while we entertain your child with games, crafts, and social interaction. Children age 2.5-8 years (must be potty trained) are welcome to come run, jump, and play to a fun, themed morning! Themes include bringing our favorite books to life through play, games, art, and more.

When is Friday Frenzy?

Friday Frenzy is most Fridays August through May. Enjoy an extra morning for errands, a workout, and even a lunch date with this convenient Parents' Day Out event. Your child will enjoy a fun-filled morning with our energetic and professional staff.

What is Included in Friday Frenzy?

Friday Frenzy is planned by our Gymnastics ELT Director, Amber Rome. Groups are separated by age and rotate through a series of in-gym, craft, snack, and game rotations. Participants should bring a water bottle and sack lunch that will be served during our lunch time.

Each week, participants enjoy:

Obstacle courses in the gym
Themed games

Fun, age appropriate centers
And so much more!

How Do I Enroll In Friday Frenzy?

Friday Frenzy has limited spaces available and frequently fills a week or more in advance. We work hard to maintain an 7:1 student to teacher ratio. Each participant must be registered in advance.
